How to request a Crypto Withdrawal

There are two paths you can follow to request a crypto withdrawal from your LAM account:

• Request withdrawal (Dashboard)

• Transactions

NOTE: In order to request a withdrawal, it is important to register first the addresses to which you wish to withdraw your assets to. To learn how to save an address click here

REQUEST A CRYPTO WITHDRAWAL

1. Open https://limitlesscapital.io/ and Log in.

2. In your dashboard, click on the "Request Withdrawal" button, located at the bottom left of your screen.

3. Fill out the requested information

a) Select the type of withdrawal (crypto)
b) Select the destination address  (NOTE: the crypto Address must be previously saved)

c) Select the coin you wish to withdraw

d) Enter the amount to withdraw

NOTE: At the right, you will be able to check the transaction fee and the total amount to receive

4. Click on "Request Withdrawal"

5. Once you have finished the process, you can monitor the status of your transaction under the tab Transactions> withdrawals

⚠️ Withdrawals may take from 1 to 24 hours to be processed.

⚠️  If a withdrawal is rejected, the balance will not be removed from your account. 

TRANSACTIONS

1. Open https://limitlesscapital.io/ and Log in.

2. Click on "Transactions" located at the top bar 



3. Select "Withdrawals" and then click on the "Request Withdrawal" button

4. Fill out the requested information

a) Select the type of withdrawal (crypto)
b) Select the destination address  (NOTE: the crypto Address must be previously saved)

c) Select the coin you wish to withdraw

d) Enter the amount to withdraw

NOTE: At the right, you will be able to check the transaction fee and the total amount to receive

5.  Click on "Request Withdrawal"

6. Once you have finished registering your deposit, you can monitor the status of your transaction under the tab Transactions> withdrawals
